CAA Interactive: Traffic Partner Policies

CAA Media and its subsidiary CAA Interactive (collectively, "CAA") utilize their own extensive network of websites, and traffic partners, to provide advertising inventory to our clients. CAA takes rigorous steps to ensure the quality of visitors to our sites in order to increase the value of this traffic to our clients. When we purchase advertising from traffic partners, we buy only from the most reputable firms, firms that adhere to our own code of ethics for traffic generation.

The rigorous standards to which we hold ourselves and our traffic partners are set forth below. We have a zero tolerance policy and will immediately take action to remedy any breach of these policies.

• Traffic must be generated only through truthful links or banners; we will tolerate no misleading advertising.
• No brand names may be used unless duly authorized by the brand owner.
• Users must be prompted and directed only by best practices of web advertising.
• ABSOLUTELY no aggressive "popups", "pop unders", or browser hijacking will be allowed under any circumstances.
• ABSOLUTELY no traffic may be generated by spyware, viruses, trojans or any other malicious programs.
• ABSOLUTELY no traffic generated by spam is allowed on our network.
  
  We enforce these policies through a variety of means, including evaluating each traffic vendor's business practices, traffic sources, and reputation in the industry prior to doing business with them. We monitor all traffic through our network on a daily basis, looking for fraudulent, suspicious or malicious activity.
  
  Any violations of these policies shall be treated as extremely critical matters and brought directly to the attention of the highest levels of management at CAA, where they shall be resolved immediately.
